I had a Cherokee XJ on Maui and the only rust was on the roof. Ocean spray, man, it’s amazing what it can do. Like, rusting tools overnight when the trade winds were up and the surf was up. Light salt mist on everything, all the time. On the other hand, you only need water in your windshield washer tank.

The rest of the truck wasn’t too bad. Last panel I would want to rust is the roof. Too integral to structure, too expensive to replace, and too obnoxious if it starts to leak!!!!
